Canadian experts have captured the little girl of the author of Chinese telecoms goliath Huawei in line with US law requirement.
Meng Wanzhou, who is Huawei's CFO and delegate seat, was captured in Vancouver on 1 December, Canada's Department of Justice said.
Ms Meng is being looked for removal by the US, the office included.
Huawei said it had little data about the charges and was "not mindful of any bad behavior by Ms Meng".
Ms Meng, girl of organization author Ren Zhengfei, was kept while exchanging between flights, the firm said.
She will confront a safeguard hearing on Friday, a representative for Canada's Department of Justice said.
He declined to say all the more regarding the case, refering to a distribution boycott asked for by Ms Meng and requested by the courts.
US media have detailed that Huawei is under scrutiny for potential infringement of US sanctions against Iran.

A representative for the US Justice Department in the Eastern District of New York - which Huawei said had brought the charges - declined to remark.
The capture comes as the US has brought various lawful bodies of evidence against Chinese innovation firms, with allegations, for example, digital security robbery and infringement of US sanctions against Iran.
Recently, it banished US organizations from sending out to Chinese broadcast communications firm ZTE over infringement of the Iranian assents, adequately closing down the firm.
The US later supplanted the boycott with a fine and administration changes.
